About the Journal

JE: Journal of International Law is a peer-reviewed academic journal that focuses on the study, development, and critical analysis of legal issues from both national and international perspectives. The journal provides a platform for scholars, practitioners, and researchers to publish original legal research, theoretical discussions, and case analyses across various areas of law.

Core areas of interest include, but are not limited to: Public International Law, International Private Law, International/Transnational Criminal Law, Comparative Constitusional Law, and Comparative Administrative Law. The journal also welcomes interdisciplinary legal studies and emerging legal topics relevant to contemporary legal discourse.

JE: Journal of International Law is published three times a year—in April, August, and December—by JE Publisher. Its mission is to contribute to legal scholarship by fostering academic dialogue and disseminating high-quality legal knowledge that is both rigorous and relevant.

Submissions in English are welcome, provided they meet the journal’s scope and standards of academic excellence.
